Sibu

I am off to Sibu this afternoon.
Went to see the doctor again yesterday and got 2 days MC, but I have to fly to Sibu, so useless. Conducting a 2 day workshop for a private company.
Feeling extremely tired and worn out. Partly I think because of the pills and partly just doing too much. From Sibu I will come back for a class on Sunday and then to Johor for a conference. I think I will take leave after that, but work committments abound.
I must learn to say No. Yet at the same time, I see the opportunity and want to pursue it.
Learn to say no... : )
