My brother asked me why I am blogging. I thought of it. And I think it’s because I want to share what I see, experience, and go through. Plus with my glaucoma... a record of the beautiful and ugly that I have gone through, so that my son and daughter can see what I have seen, to understand who and why I am.

2nd Harvest - Kangkong
This is our second harvest from the garden at the back. Given a few vegetables to in-laws. Still waiting for my aubergines and tomato.
i had to google to find out what kangkong is ... I don;t think we get it here. We get water cress which, according to wikipedia, is similar. The final product looks delicious!

Yup, cant get it in NZ. The final product is always delicious, with my wife's expert cooking skills... : )
It looks like a kangkong belacan. Gosh! how I miss the smell of it.
