Catfish or Oil Palm Trees or ...

We are in the midst of decisions... what to do next. We have started to clear the land but the question still remains... what to do with it.
Some have asked us to rear catfish in canvass. Cost RM1600 per canvas set (RM960), fish fry, and food. They have a contract to buy whatever we produce...but at a rather low price compared to market price.
Others have suggested that we just plant oil palm trees, cost around RM13 to RM15 per seedling, around 55 per acre. Cost to plant...
Others have suggested Jatophra... not too keen as still infant industry with very few players and they are planting in hundreds of acres... i only have 3+ acres.... : )
Others suggest just plant vegetables... but then who's gonna stay there and take care, same thing with catfish and village chickens...
We are thinking of a trial run of the catfish first, and maybe just plant oil palm... there is space between them to do other things if we decide to do so...
Making a decision is difficult, as money is tight and the outcome is unsure...
Plus need money to build a small hut to allow us to stay there... and another in my wife's village.
Will pray and sleep on it...
