My brother asked me why I am blogging. I thought of it. And I think it’s because I want to share what I see, experience, and go through. Plus with my glaucoma... a record of the beautiful and ugly that I have gone through, so that my son and daughter can see what I have seen, to understand who and why I am.

Making Roti Canai
Went to buy some 'roti canai' for Walter, and took this video. This guy has improvised on the normal way, by using a rolling pin first instead of flattening the bread with his fingers.
