My brother asked me why I am blogging. I thought of it. And I think it’s because I want to share what I see, experience, and go through. Plus with my glaucoma... a record of the beautiful and ugly that I have gone through, so that my son and daughter can see what I have seen, to understand who and why I am.

White Corn
Was served this white corn recently at the in-laws. Apparently this corn was supposed to taste sweet and milky... but not really to me... it just tasted like corn.. more starchy rather than milky.
