Promo Tool

Saw this as I walked out of Delizze at 101 a few days back. A new promotion tool in Kuching. What these guys did was to tie a balloon with a card stuck on it to your car wiper. Both the balloon and the card had the promotional details, i.e. an opening of a wedding center. Nice idea, but wonder why balloon, coz ballon for kids, as parents will take it and pass to kids.. but if they had kids.. wonder why they want to go to a wedding center. Yet, interesting, eye catching and will get response.. and may even keep the balloon, I did, gave to the kids to play with.. wonder of the effectiveness though and whether it was the right target market.
