Went to a restaurant chain in Shanghai, serving 'cha kueh' and soya bean drink... plus other things of course. Was told that it started as a roadside stall and is now a thriving chain.

More thought needs to be put into the 'ayam kampung' marketing strategy but there has to be a pot of gold among the feathers of these chickens. What about 'kolok mee' and 'Sarawak laksa' as 2 potential money making entrepreneurial possibilities? Ideas?
