The ingredients - dhall,
shallots, onions, carrots, and curry leaves. Slowly fried it one by one.
Added water. Boiled, then simmered while adding water... for some time. And at last salt and pepper to taste.
Took out some and placed in a different container. Blended the others into a thick soup, then mix together.
Froze it. And now I have my dinner for the next few days. Clever eh!
