Have you noticed the numerous holes in the roadside manholes. At 7th Mile (this was at 7th Mile), on the road to MJC, Desa Wira.
I doubt it is because of the local council work. My wife says its because people steal the iron bars to sell it. We havent seen anyone doing that, but man, it must be of some effort to break the cement just to steal some bars of iron. Is it really worth it? But then again, people steal all sorts of things. My neighbors place was broken into, and the only thing they took was a bucket and some clothes. Wonder what was that all about?
