Every morning as I drive to work I see this sight and I wonder how it could be. Its a huge area covered with tyres, old tyres stacked one upon the other, and open to the elements.
Rain will create pools of water in the old tyre recesses and that will or in this case I am sure has become a wonderful breeding ground for mosquito's. Wonder what the people in authority are doing about it... and how of all things this could occur?
