My Fish Dinner

After everyone else having had a go at the fish in our pond, we decided we will also taste it.

My maid gutting the fish

Scaling the fish

Preparing the fish for frying

We fried the fish at our home and had it for dinner. Good. Sweet. No fishy taste or muddy taste. Worth the while.
