To Kampung 9

One of the dishes served for lunch was a 3kg 'Ikan Toman' or also known as Giant Snakehead (Channa micropeltes).
All I know is that this is a type of freshwater fish that I like. Why? It doesnt have that many bones, and what there is, is quite large. Nearly every other freshwater fish are so bony... so Toman, Keli, Tilapia... these are OK fish for me.

So enjoyed myself.
