Serian Market

As I said before, Serian market never fails to amaze. So far, I have been blessed to see so many exotic and mysterious creatures. Only now taking photos... and many times these animals are protected species, so the sellers are not so keen on being photographed. Saw this huge labi-labi (soft shelled turtle), around 5kgs in weight and for sale at RM25 per kg.
And these entambah/kelawar (flying foxes), each at RM15.
But I still like to see the fish, and these haruan/toman (snakehead) was quite large. Not protected fish, quite nice to eat as its less bony than other freshwater fish.
