while was on the way to kampung and stopped over at 10th Mile. The fruit were at the top with measly few leaves while there was a bunch of leaves at the middle. 
Upon closer inspection, the leaves were the leaves of a new tree growing out of the stalk, and having its own fruit. Seen another similar tree near my mum's place ... 
Its one tree with many shoots of new papaya trees. Drove by recently and saw that it had been cut down..Ernest
