Preparing for Gawai

Continued my driver's duties this morning, had to go to the market at 7th Mile to buy chicken, my wife is cooking for tomorrow's Gawai Festival. We are celebrating at my in-laws place. So off to 7th Mile market, and as expected it was packed, found a parking place and went for breakfast first. Then for chicken, and coconut and fruit and walk all around the market!Early morning exercise... lugging 4 chickens, vegetables, fruit and coconuts... and the effort to get the car out of the parking spot... no one wanted to give way... festivals can be a headache...
