Weight!

Not good start to the year.
Gain weight!
Haven't started exercise.
Too long enjoying food, since the trip to Manila!
Haiz...
Woke up at 5.30 this morning, well.. barely can wake up.. and it was raining. The treadmill.. forget about it. I need to go to a gym but I don't want to. Why. Work comes first. Then the University gym works on office hours..lol. Dream on!
Must do something soon.

it's all about discipline my dearest friend. Last years i went for medical check up, the doc told me i obese, more than overweight and offered with precious gift, "high blood pressure" but not under medication. it's dangerous for long run. So, I make up my mind and take care of my health. I changed my eating habit, eat more vegi and reduce meat, went for swimming, jogging, badminton,gym, 4 times a week. During weekend, saturday and sunday, i went for mountain climbing, went to Singai and Santubong. No more Henneiken, Tiger, Chivas, Vodka. Believe it or not, in 6 months continues motivating myself, I used to be 89Kg, and I lost 20Kg, successfully reduced to 70Kg naturally without taking any diet pill or go for slimming center. That was during last year March, i still remember. I feel great of myself, I bought new clothes, and I even can wear S size. Cool right. Unfortunately, after my birtday in July last year, I went back to my bad habit, no more exercise, Henneiken every Friday and Saturday night, eat what I can till stomach full everyday, especially KoloMee, my favourite food. Turn out, I get special "gift" again, my weight increased to 11KG. Now 81KG. Very Sad.."sigh". I need to wear back my old clothes again..Arrrgh..But..i wont give up. Now I start go for jog and gym, reduce food. Hopefully, before chinese new year I can reduce 5KG. I believe i can do it, u also can man!
