Wrote about the dogs at this housing estate nearly a year ago.
Wrote to the council.
Got a standard reply (rather later).
Its around 1 year later.
Nothing has happened.
This morning was especially bad. There were so many dogs around, fighting, mating, and not moving away as you walk towards them on the road.
And I am paying rates..
But I don't blame the council, or the dogs for the matter.. I blame the owners of the dogs that want dogs but don't care for them and make them into a nuisance for others.
Who will be responsible when a dog bites someone?
