The Chefs

Food during the conference was cooked in a tent... which was sweltering hot... but the chefs were cooking the food right there and there, and it was fresh and hot off the pan..
Very different from our sanitized version of food served in the hotels during conferences. Cold, extremely small servings and very sanitized mini versions of whatever. Here the food was cooked right when you wanted it, though my wife was rather perturbed and worried of hygiene. I enjoyed the food, sad that I had to control... have to lose weight... (ya right).. but still tried everything (in mini portions), even the sweet desserts.. (a bite or two only). I went for the vegetarian dishes, because that's what India is known for, rather than the meat dishes. It was good.
